The TXR Series Blank Separator automatically
'blanks', or separates die-cut sheets. This offline machine
employs a unique pin system configured to push down with
equal pressure on a stack of sheets and to separate the
die-cut shapes from the waste material.
Using
inexpensive plastic templates for each design, set-up
time is less than 15 minutes. The process is noise and
paper-dust free, speeds productivity and greatly reduces
the need for the manual labour normally associated with
waste stripping.
The result is a faster process, greater productivity,
no operator injuries and smooth waste removal.
